How the adventure runs in Washington works

  • Each run is designed to be a full day.
  • Runs use existing trails. At rare exceptions, there will be some off-trail sections.
  • These are group runs but feel free to do it solo.
  • All participants receive the GPX file and training on how to use a GPS app.
  • Your run, your pace. Group runs have limited capacity. That ensures a safe and friendly group.
  • Pre-run briefing on the route and expectations.
  • Gear and training recommendations will be provided along with nutrition and hydration advice.
  • Optional training plan with coach Stephane.
