Hi, my name is Stephane Boss aka Coach Stephane, your running coachI build strong long term runners through customized online one-on-one coaching. Motivation Running programs are holistic. I build well-rounded runners. Runners that rely on a healthy body, a strong mind, and a healthy environment. These are the three pillars I will help you develop and maintain.

Coach Stephane helps you include running as part of your life. If you are here to only check a box, then running coach Stephane might not be a good fit for you.

One of the specificities of the Motivation Running Coaching programs is the mental aspect.

I train all types of adult runners. From new runners to advanced runners. From all background and physical levels. My ideal trainee is someone who has even a little running experience and would like to run farther and eventually on trails and mountains.

New Runner
