Overview And Pricing

  • When you signup for a program and after your assessment call/questionnaire, you’ll receive your online training plan individually customized through our coaching platform.
  • Plans are updated weekly. Plans are tailored based on your fitness level and schedule. They are designed to meet your objectives.
  • Mental is a strong barrier to how far and how long one can run. Motivation Running Coaching helps you build an unstoppable mind in a strong body.
  • Because running is not enough to build a strong runner. Strength workouts are also part of your coaching program (exception apply).
  • There’s no time commitment but it has been proven that you’ll see significant progress after a 12-16 week coaching period.

Motivation Running coaching programs, with Coach Stephane, are designed to meet you where you are.

Because strengthening is a must to become a better runner, the Peak Athlete program has strength workouts and yoga exercises built in your plan. More experienced runners already do strengthening multiple times a week though, then the Cruiser Athlete program is designed for them. Finally, for runners willing to join our Adventure Runs in the PNW, then the Summit plan is for you!

Any plan is suitable to all athlete levels. From beginner to experienced to aspiring trail runner to those going for a distance PR.

Details

Before committing to any coaching program, I will assess your level of fitness and understand your running history and objectives.

When you schedule your 1-hour assessment call, I will email a thorough questionnaire to fill out. This will be the basis of our discussion during the call.

At the end of the call, you will have a clear understanding of what to expect and I will recommend the best program for you.

This call will also establish whether we are a good fit.

Motivation Running is a thriving community. You are not alone.

As a Motivation Running Athlete, you have the option to join our Private Facebook group. Though it is optional, it is a great way to stay motivated, ask questions on a particular point.

The Facebook group is where I share upcoming events whether virtual or in-person.

Motivation Running Athletes are invited to join our invitation-only Strava Club.

Every week I write a recap and give a shout-out for the top 10 runners. Giving them individualized feedback on their week and running technique.

As a club, we also host fun group runs in Seattle and on the Eastside: Run for Beer, Run for Croissants, Run in the Mud…

You will receive invitations to our online/in-person social events: clinics, workshops, happy hour… COVID regulation permitted.

Those will be hosted at local eastside shops and clinics and will provide information on various topics such as stretching, running form, chiropractic care, how to choose a running shoe…

Motivation Running uses Final Surge coaching platform.  A free platform for athletes.
